For an excellent air quality upgrade from the original MERV3 filters, consider the MERV8 replacement filters.

This replacement filter kit features 2 washable, synthetic air filters with a MERV8 rating. The filters will collect up to 90% of particles as small as 3 microns in size such as mold spores, pollen, cement dust, carpet fibers, debris, lint, and insects. Suitable for FIT 120E Fresh Air Appliances.

With normal usage, it is recommended that you vacuum clean the filter every 3 months, and replace it every 5 years.

NOTE:

Upgrading to a more efficient filter will affect the airflow capability of your appliance.

WHEN REPLACING/ADDING NEW FILTERS ONTO THE FAA:

When installing/replacing this filter on your FAA, ensure the aluminum side faces away from the core so that the filter catches large debris. This will improve the longevity of the filter and make maintenance work easier.
